UNDERGROUNDGAMES

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 11, 2026. Underground Games ("we", "the site") is a free online games portal at undergroundgames.fun. This page explains what data we collect directly, and what the third-party games embedded on the site collect on their own.

What we collect directly

Nothing that identifies you personally. We don't run accounts, logins, or tracking pixels of our own. A few preferences — theme, the optional tab-disguise setting, your panic key — are stored only in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we never see them.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to serve the site and for basic security/abuse protection. We don't access these for tracking individuals.

Third-party content & cookies

We don't run ads of our own on this site. Pages can load code from third parties (for example Google), and the games load content from GamePix. These third parties may use cookies or similar technology, including to personalise any ads they show, based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.

Embedded games

Every game on this site is embedded from the GamePix catalogue and loads inside an iframe from GamePix's own servers. Individual games may include their own ads, analytics, or save data — that's run by GamePix and the game's creator, governed by their own privacy practices, not ours. We don't have access to or control over what an embedded game collects.

Children's privacy

Underground Games is a general-audience site, not a service directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it — though as noted above, we don't collect accounts or personal data in the first place.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
